We are unable to accept the return or exchange of an item if it has been assembled and / or attempted to be installed.

Please check your order when you receive it. If you change your mind after receiving it please contact [email protected] within 7 days of receiving it. We will provide a full refund once item is back in our warehouse in perfect condition.

If your item is damaged during shipping, please contact us on [email protected] and include pictures of the damaged goods.

Cancelling an order:

In order to receive a refund please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel an order. If item has already been dispatched, freight charge will not be refunded and you will need to arrange return delivery to our warehouse. Once received in perfect condition a refund on the goods will be made.
